Custom Orders
Download a copy of our custom fit chart, complete it and email or fax it to 604-986-3443. We will contact you to confirm receipt and to go over any details. Sorry, no returns on custom items, although it goes without saying that custom items are covered by our no hassle warranty.

Shipping
In the US we ship UPS ground service, in Canada we ship Canpar ground service. Expedited freight is available for additional charges. Outside of USA and Canada we ship DHL Worldwide Express.

Ordering
Email your order to us at info@brooksdivegear.com. Call us with your payment information, we don't recommend that you email this for security sake. We accept both Visa and MasterCard. Ordering offline is easy, call us on our toll free line 1-888-986-3441 or fax your to 604-986-3443.

Returns
Contact our customer service department at 888-986-3441 to arrange your return. Stock items purchased within the previous 30 days can be returned in new condition for full refund. Custom items cannot be returned for refund.

Warranty
One year on materials and workmanship, exclusive of normal wear and tear or abuse. We reserve the right to repair or replace item at our discretion.
